NEWSLETTER NO. 2, Dubai, July 2009

We received very enthusiastic feed back on our first newsletter, for which I would like to thank you. It is nice to feel so supported when trying to improve our service and communication to you.

This newsletter Dr. Shari Hoskins will inform you on viral diseases in cats and why they are so prevalent in Dubai. Arab Land Trading (Eukanuba & Iams) will provide you with information on the importance of high quality pet food. Dr. Mehdi has some stern warnings with regards to preventing heat exhaustion or worse. Hannah Moate has more information on puppy care and we would like to tell you on our master performer Anjali Binaragamage who is our employee of the 2nd quarter. Also we have found Amanda Anderson of Homely Petz available to teach all of us on cat characters and how this could help retrieving your lost cat.

I would like to wish all of you a fantastic holiday and would like to inform you once more on our services while you are travelling.
  1. If you inform us on your travel plans and sign a "Holiday Consent" form we will know that you want us to take care of your pet when something happens.
  2. We also provide check-ups at your home address if you leave the pet in the care of your domestic helper (have to be booked ahead of travelling) and
  3. We also arrange transport in case your pet is unwell and needs to be seen but the pet-sitter is unable to get your pet to the clinic.
