NEWSLETTER NO. 6, Dubai, December 2009
The Holiday Season is rapidly approaching. The clinic is decorated in Christmas style and Santa Claus will be visiting the Clinic on December 18th between 2 – 5 p.m. He will bring a present for all children visiting our clinic that afternoon. Together with Santa Claus, we will have a face painter painting lovely reindeers and little Snowmen and in accordance with the Christmas spirit, the wheel of fortune will spin again (Dhs. 50) for the benefit of all stray animals in Dubai. Besides being cheerful, the Christmas period brings certain dangers for pets and as a pet owner you will have to be alert on this in order to avoid a nasty outcome. We would like to inform you about possible holiday hazards for your pet(s). Please click here to read what you can do to keep your furry friend safe and healthy during this festive season and to avoid having to make an unexpected trip to the vet.
Until the end of May 2010 on most weekdays “The Al Saheel Horse Show” will be held at Arabian Ranches Dubai Equestrian & Polo Club. This is a spectacular show which includes horses from all over the world which were rescued and given another chance at life. For more information: click here.
