Boarding

When you are a client  it is possible to board your cat or other pet  in our clinic during your stay outside of Dubai. For logistic reasons however, we are not capable of accommodating dogs in our facility for boarding.

Official boarding facilities are however strongly recommended over our clinic but we know that this is sometimes impossible on short notice and are therefore willing to accommodate those requests. Pets with special needs are also welcome to use our facility.

 In-Clinic Boarding

We appreciate to be informed ahead of time and can only accommodate 12 cats at a time. Each boarding day is charged from 2 pm till 12 pm the next day and you will therefore need to deliver your pet after 2 pm and collect your pet before 12 pm on the day of your return home.

We need the time in between 12-2 pm to sanatize the cages for the next boarder. Pets not collected in time will be charged an extra day. All fees need to be settled up-front and the minimum charge is 7 days. If your pet stays for a shorter period you will still need to pay for 7 days but will be reimbursed for the remainder. All Pet owners are required to leave a deposit of AED 1.000, which will be returned upon timely collection. For each pet staying in our Clinic we require you to sign a consent form for medical treatment if required.

Pets staying in our clinic need to show up-to-date vaccination proof and a microchip number will be checked. All pets will be treated for fleas and de-wormed upon arrival in our Clinic by our staff. While boarding we can offer grooming services to your pet; bathing, grooming, stripping or clipping, shaving, nail clip, anal-glands expression, ear-flushing, etc. Other species or animals with special needs need prior approval before boarding, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All pets need to be collected within 5 days of original agreed collection date. Animals not collected will be re-homed after 5 days of the agreed collection date. You will be required to sign a form confirming you understand the meaning of this. Pets unable for re-homing might have to be put to sleep. It is very unfortunate to have to put this in writing but previous years have taught us that some people expect the impossible from us.
