Appointments

At Al Barsha Veterinary Clinic we work on appointment basis predominantly, meaning that all our clients with appointments will be served, if on time, first before our “walk-in” Clients. Emergencies will be seen at any moment when needed, in which case we would appreciate your understanding that this might cause some delay and increased waiting time.

Delays due to traffic are frequent in Dubai, please let us know if you are delayed for whatever reason so we can implement some time at the expected arrival time.

Each appointment is for one patient and is scheduled for 15 minutes. If you want to bring in multiple patients please make an appointment for each patient in order for us to arrange the correct time for each of our clients.

Some appointments require more time and thus have a special booking code and a different consultation price. Examples of these appointments are; Travel inquiries and Health Certificates, Skin problems and Allergy investigation; X-ray and Ultrasound; Acupuncture; Puppy/Kitten Initial intake, etc.

Scheduled appointments not attended without prior cancellation may be charged at follow up visits. Please cancel in time for us to keep your slot available for other clients if you cannot attend.

Although we work on appointment base we regularly have “Walk-In” clients. Please be informed that you will be charged an additional “Walk-In” fee in order to accommodate your urgent request to be seen.

We charge additional for emergencies and have different fees for emergencies during opening hours (AED 350).
